BIO / HANNAH BRONFMAN - STRATEGY

Hannah Bronfman has spent the last 20 years helping clients create destinations, not just developments. Whether it’s a hotel, restaurant, wellness space, workplace, or an existing building ready for a second life, she helps clients figure out what makes a place worth going to, staying in, and coming back to.

My work brings together real estate strategy, placemaking, hospitality, and experience design, grounded in a background that spans design, development, and real estate finance. I’m as comfortable talking ROI, lease negotiations, and asset strategy as I am debating where the front door should go. I love finding the overlap between what makes a place financially successful and what makes people genuinely want to be there. Turns out those things have more in common than most people think.

BIO / JESS ASTRELLA - CREATIVE

Jess Astrella has spent 13 years as a freelance creative, working for clients ranging from small local businesses to established national brands looking to stand out & tell their story more clearly. Her work across brand identity, digital design, print pieces, events, and illustration translates a client's vision into something clear, cohesive, & emotionally resonant, creating real value beyond aesthetics.

My work is to help you decide who your audience is, and then provide the tools to reach them materially and emotionally. Regardless of whether a business has a physical embodiment, my job is to give it a shape, and make it exist in the real world, digitally, and in the hearts and minds of your customers. I love to make cool stuff with smart people- and that usually results in the most financially impactful work.
